A Garment Worker for class 1-5
A garment worker is a person who earns his/her livelihood by working in a garment factory. Reshma is a garment worker in Dhaka. She joined the garment factory because she and her family were helpless. In the morning, she starts with many other workers. Some other workers go by bus or by rickshaw. But she goes on foot. She generally works from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. She is paid very low. She often works overtime so that she can earn some extra money. Reshma is the representative of all garment workers in our country.
