Rural people are in the habit of eating heavy meal. The rural people eat more. On the contrary the urban people do not depend on heavy food. They also eat less than the rural people. The rural people usually eat rice and gur or rice with some other food items for breakfast. They eat much because they work in the fields. They do not eat anything before lunch. They also eat chirakhai and muri at breakfast. On the other  hand the urban people take bread vegetables etc. Again some take parata and egg and some take loaves and banana. Those who are old take little breakfast. The rural people usually eat rice and one or two curries for lunch. They can’t bear the expenses of so many items like the urban people. The urban people are used to taking eat, rice, curry, fish, vegetable, meat, dal etc. for lunch sometimes   polao or biriani is cooked on occasions. The dinner of the rural people is just like the lunch. By contrast the dinner   items of the urban people are like the lunch items.
