Foods And Meals
Food is any item that is eaten to maintain life and growth. Meal is any of the regular occasions when food is eaten. We eat different kinds of food at different times. Different nations have different food habits. We Bangladeshi take roti, paratha, vegetables, dal, bread, butter, sweets in breakfast. We take rice, curry, vegetables, pulse etc. in lunch and dinner. We have to take a balanced diet to be healthy.
